All shipping labels should include your name, company name, name of
meeting (Pacific Northwest Dermatological Meeting) and your booth
number. Due to limited storage space, boxes should arrive no more than
72 hours before you do.
NOTE: Neither the Benson Hotel nor the Washington State Dermatology Association will be held responsible for receiving, holding, storing or delivering freight, lost crates or lost boxes.
