EXHIBIT PRACTICES AND REGULATIONS
- The
Washington State Dermatology Association (WSDA) reserves the right to restrict
exhibits, without refund, which may be falsely entered.
- Distribution
of literature, samples, etc., in the exhibit area by firms who are not
participating as a technical exhibitor is strictly prohibited.
- No
subletting of space is permitted without the consent of the WSDA Executive
Administrator, Kory
Diemert.
- Exhibitors are responsible for hauling, storage, and installation of exhibit
materials, and all cost involved thereby.
- WSDA
and the Coeur d'Alene Resort do not guarantee against theft, vandalism, or
otherwise.
- It
is expressly understood that exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the WSDA and the
Coeur d'Alene Resort for all liability (damage or accident) which might
ensue from any cause in connection with transfer, installation, maintenance or
removal of exhibits, or in display of exhibits.
- In
the event of fire, strikes, or other, uncontrollable circumstances, the
contract for space will not be binding.
- You will be notified of times and dates for et-up and tear-down
- It
is expressly understood that the WSDA will not pay for special equipment,
facilities, and services ordered by technical exhibitors.
- Electrical and other apparatus must be so
operated that the noise will not interfere with other exhibitors.
- All
electrically wired display material must comply with fire safety standards (110
voltage).
Display fabrics must be flameproof. Bring your own extension
chords if needed.
- Aisles must be kept clear. To this end, exhibits must be so arranged
that exhibits and their representatives will be inside the booth space.
- No musical presentations allowed live or
mechanical without prior written authorization by WSDA management.
- Distribution of any food in your booth during exhibit hours must be approved
prior to
July 1, 2007
by Kory Diemert, Executive Administrator at the WSDA, or it will not be allowed.
- The purchase of food and beverage in the exhibit space must be ordered through
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Catering Service for distribution.
- Care must be taken by the exhibitor not
to deface or destroy any part of the exhibit area. In the event of property damage caused by
him/her, the exhibiting company will be held responsible.
- Use of the name 'Washington State
Dermatology Association' or that of any officer of said Association, in
recommendation of a product or services is expressly prohibited, unless the
organization is officially endorsed by WSDA, and WSDA has agreed to such
promotion in writing.
- An administrative fee of $300.00 is withheld on refunds. No refunds
are made on cancellations after Monday, JUNE 15, 2007
